This is your monthly review listing all work that was carried out, incidents and post-mortems as well as uptime and performance metrics.

Much of what we do is a manual and for every new tech we use we need to invest time and resources to be able to support it properly.

We determine this on a case-by-case basis so plans are tailored to specific needs.

Ultimately, we don’t want you to have to worry about you websites running smoothly.

We detail all tasks in an operations  document that, along with an SLA, you review before signing on the dotted line.

Hosting is included as it’s a critical component of the solution

We also put in place all the necessary tools and processes for security, backups, performance optimization and monitoring.

We are based in Melbourne Australia but our team is distributed across the world.

We are available 24/7 for incident response and resolution.

For all other business we are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday AEST.
